Sadly, Amelia's file was returned to the CCAA as the agency who had her file could not find a family for her. Please let me know if you find her on another special needs list. We feel such a bond with this precious girl.

This sweet girl "Amelia" has been in an orphanage (group home for girls) almost all her life. She is described as bright, determined, sensitive and full of spunk. Amelia has repaired spina bifida and scoliosis. The agency she is listed with will return her file to China if there is no interest in her by July 6th.* She so reminds me of JunFen!

We know a family who met "Amelia" in China - and they say she is amazing. In fact, the child they adopted was Amelia's best friend. They have more photos and video to share. We also had JunFen's docs peek at Amelia's documents to see if Amelia could have as good of an outcome as JunFen. Yes, there is SO much that could be done for her in the USA - giving her a radically different furture.

There is no cost or commitment to review Amelia's file. The agency that has her file is also willing to seek a waiver from China if an intersted family doesn not meet all the new criteria (regarding weight, health, anxiety, income, etc).
